1) Take the right supplements:

4) Don’t dry your hair aggressively
Being too rough with your hair with a towel or hair brush will increase the risk of hair breakage and frizz. Be gentle and don’t pull the hair too much. Hair stylists should also treat your hair with a little TLC and not be too aggressive with a blow dry!
5) Keep your hair well-moisturized.
Using a conditioner and oils will help hydrate your hair.
